His expertise lies in delivering value through portfolio optimization & operational excellence.

Adam Gilbert serves as Vice President & Sr. Advisor at WORXIA Global, where he leads a team for portfolio strategy, facility operations, entitlements & government engagement, asset management, real estate development & master planning, and budget allocation.
Adam is a distinguished real estate executive with more than two decades of experience shaping and managing high-value real estate portfolios worldwide. He partners with our clients to craft forward-looking portfolio strategies, analyses, and presentations to optimize asset performance, and unlock long-term enterprise value. Renowned for his strategic acumen and collaborative partnership with all levels of management, Adam delivers synthesized, results-driven solutions that reflect WORXIA Global's commitment to innovation and client success.

Doug Ryan serves as Managing Director of WORXIA Global, where he provides executive leadership and strategic guidance across corporate real estate (CRE) management and organizational performance. He advises senior executives on enterprise-level real estate strategy, ensuring portfolios are structured to support long-range growth, operational efficiency, and capital discipline.
Doug brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to portfolio assessments, governance design, and organizational planning. He has led initiatives that realign global portfolios, optimize service-provider performance, and strengthen operational controls. His expertise includes negotiating complex agreement structures—SLAs, SOWs, and KPI frameworks—designed to safeguard enterprise value and drive measurable accountability across service partners and brokers.
A DRE-licensed agent and advisor with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Doug contributes strategic market insight and negotiation leadership to clients navigating high-value transactions and long-term asset decisions. Over his career, Doug has served in roles requiring deep strategic analysis, contract governance, and cross-functional leadership. His work spans SWOT development, process and operations design, and oversight of major on-site implementations—consistently focused on advancing organizational objectives and reducing execution risk.
